Zombie Nation.

Zombies R Gr8.

You can't deny it.

You could try, but you'd be wrong.

They're the manifestiation of a world where consumerism and conformity are king. Mindless drones meandering around the globe, following the closest thing they have to stimulation.

Fuckin' BRAINS.

If there's a more efficient way of getting a point across than having a bunch slow-wandering psychos with pale blue skin peeling off their faces wanting to munch on your ears, then i don't want to know about it.
And even if there was (which there AIN'T), it wouldn't be nearly as cool.

Kinda like Zombie-Zombie, who are also cool. A French duo comprising of 'Professor' Etienne Jaumet and Cosmicneman, who "use sound and rhythm to explore the feeling of fear growing deep inside you".

Their sound is clearly rooted in 70-80s New Wave acts like Can and Silver Apples, which is no bad thing. The perfect soundtrack to a zombie flick? Not entirely.

But they can make you boogie. These guys are playing our native Glasgow this weekend at Optimo, and I for one shall be there. Below are a few cuts for you to check out. I'm off to find some meat.

Zombie-Zombie - Driving This Road Until Death Sets You Free
Zombie-Zombie - Psychic Harmonia
Zombie-Zombie - No Brain No Heart
Zombie-Zombie - Walk Of The Dead
