They're here, they're there, they're every-bloody where, but Hercules And Love Affair really have outdone themselves by releasing what's bound to be a contender for single of the year, even at this early stage
"Blind" features the vocal talents of Antony Hegarty (of Antony And The Johnsons infamy) and is a wonderful amalgamation of an astonishing amount of influences, conjuring up memories of early-era Ministry (and the whole 4AD era), classic house and a whole HEAP of Parliament Funkadelic
Having just been signed to the ever-expanding DFA label, they really are shaping up to be a genre-indefinable monster of epic proportions. If you haven't heard them yet, all of us who have envy you. Hook yourself up!
