Iran - The Moon Boys
Iran's great. its like one dude or maybe him and some friends if he needs a hand. He makes scuzzy warped pavement like songs and then puts a bunch of field recordings and found sound over the top and it sort of comes out like a more accessible xui xui.
This is his second album from 2003. apparently he's working on another, or something.
