Hold the minimalist phone!

You want lots of German electronic music for completely free?

DCC Records are your new best friends.

I've had a listen to a few of their artists and my first recomendation is Taschenrechnermusikant. Not just good fun to say, there is also nice spacey beats and sounds to be found in the Gurkenglas EP - I'm especially loving opening track, branntweinessig.

Naturally, you all know that being on the cutting edge of music journalism is hard, i needed to post this so quickly i haven't had much time to listen to anyone else, much less give them a review. So i'll just say i've also been enjoying Tisserand and Sophie Tiedtke.

Also as a futher bonus, all files i've downloaded so far have been of a high quality 320kps. Nice.

Linked from the DCC Records site i also noticed this,
Minimal Net, more free electronic goodness. Eat up chumps!
