Haven't been listening to much else in the last few days. It's pretty blinding from start to finish, which is a first for a Ratatat album. They've cut down on the wailing 80s gee-tar action, which is a bit of a shame, but I guess we can't have everything. Otherwise I'd be sat on a throne made out of whores right now.
By the way, why are these guys not like completely blinged out hip-hop producers yet? I know they've got their remix albums, but their regular EPs are packed with shit that would sound totally fucking awesome with some rapping over the top. I'd buy that. Twice. These guys could kick the Neptunes' ass. Djjyeeaah bwoy.
